How it works

From low battery to back on the road.

Hapo Africa is the last-mile layer between charged batteries and riders. You tell us where you are and what you ride — we handle the hub pickup, the delivery, the swap, and the return of the depleted pack.

The rider journey

Need power to riding again — in six moves.

  1. Need power
  2. Order battery
  3. Share location
  4. Battery dispatched
  5. Battery delivered
  6. Swap completed, keep riding
Step by step

What happens after you tap order.

01

1. Request

Tell us your bike, battery type, and location.

Fill the quick order form or call us. We capture your brand, model, battery type, how many packs you need, and whether you want the battery now or at a scheduled time. A coordinator confirms compatibility before dispatch.

02

2. We Pick Up

Hapo collects a fully charged compatible battery from the nearest participating battery hub.

We route the request to the closest partner hub or charging station holding a compatible charged pack, so the trip to you is as short as possible and the battery arrives at full charge.

03

3. We Deliver

Our delivery agent brings the charged battery directly to you.

Home, workplace, stage, roadside, or a landmark you choose — the agent comes to your delivery point and calls you on arrival, so you never leave your bike or your passengers.

04

4. Swap & Go

We collect the depleted battery, complete the swap, and you continue riding.

The agent completes the swap on the spot and returns your depleted battery to the partner network for recharging — closing the loop without you ever visiting a station.
